AUGUST 14TH- THE MEHENDI

  • 5:15pm— Shuttle departs from the Somerset Hills Hotel for the farm

  • 6:00pm — Welcome refreshments/appetizers + Mehendi Ceremony

  • 7:00pm— Pakistani barbeque- live grilling + chai service

  • Dancing + mehndi (henna) application

  • 9:00pm— shuttle departs to return to Somerset Hills Hotel

AUGUST 15TH- THE WEDDING DAY

  • 4:45pm— Shuttle departs from the Somerset Hills Hotel for the farm

  • 5:00pm — Welcome refreshments

  • 5:30pm— The Baraat- a procession of Yaseen and his family enter with lively music and dancing to meet Abigail’s family and guests at the welcome area.

  • 6:00pm— The Nikkah (Wedding Ceremony)

  • Post-ceremony sweets served by Yaseen and Abigail’s siblings

  • 7:00pm— dinner & dancing

  • 11:00pm— shuttle departs to return to the Somerset Hills Hotel
